Annual Report 2020-2021

The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing remains a global leader in its commitment to nursing, education, diversity, equity, inclusion, and the health of our world.

This past year, we were ranked as the No. 1 master’s program in the country by U.S. News & World Report, our DNP program moved up one spot to No. 2, and we remained No. 3 in global rankings. We were also No. 1 in NIH funding – a remarkable achievement during a pandemic and a true testament to the excellence of our faculty, students, and staff.

In addition, we launched the Dual DNP/MPH degree with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, saw five faculty inducted as Fellows of the American Academy of Nursing, and opened our newly renovated Anne M. Pinkard Building.

See our annual report below for more on how our mission of excellence, leadership, and advocacy are at the forefront of everything we do.
